Our service

The Enrolment Club is an independent school admissions service for families in Dubai. Depending on the service you choose, we help by researching and shortlisting suitable schools, and by managing the admissions process on your behalf, which may include communicating with schools, preparing and submitting applications, and helping prepare your child for assessment. The exact scope of what we will do for you is set out in the quotation or engagement we agree with you in writing.

Our independence

We are independent. We are paid only by the families we work with, and we accept no commission or payment from any school. Our recommendations are based on what we believe is right for your child, not on any arrangement with a school.

No guarantee of admission

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot and do not guarantee that your child will be offered a place at any particular school, or at all. Admission decisions are made by schools and depend on factors outside our control, including school availability, their assessment of your child, and your child’s performance in any entrance assessment. Any refund or guarantee applies only as expressly set out in the quotation or engagement we agree with you in writing.

Fees and payment

Our fees are as set out in the quotation or engagement we agree with you, and are payable as agreed. Unless we state otherwise, our fees do not include third-party costs, such as school application or registration fees, deposits, tuition, assessment fees charged by schools, or document attestation costs. These are your responsibility and are paid directly to the relevant party.

Your responsibilities

To help us provide the service, you agree to:

• Give us accurate and complete information about your family and your child.
• Provide the documents we need in good time.
• Make sure your child attends any assessments that are arranged.
• Respond to our messages and requests promptly, as the admissions process can be time-sensitive.
• Confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child, and that you consent to us acting on the family’s behalf.

Information and availability

We rely on information provided by you and by schools. School availability, requirements, fees and decisions can change at any time and are outside our control. We are not responsible for a school changing its position, or for information a school provides to us turning out to be inaccurate.

Your information

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the decisions of schools, for a child not being offered a place, or for any loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us for the relevant service.

Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, design and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Ending the engagement

Either of us may end an engagement by letting the other know. If you end an engagement after we have started work, any refund will be handled as set out in the quotation or engagement we agreed with you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
